This 1938 movie provided the basic story for our movie from last week, Docks of New Orleans, which starred Roland Winters as Charlie Chan. Again, as was the case with The Chinese Ring and the Wong adventure, Mr. Wong in Chinatown, we will be able to make comparisons between the Chan and Wong versions!”)
