The end of June, yes. We’re an international school, so we finish later than the Vietnamese schools in the city.

Lucky! My school starts up again in mid-August. But I won’t be here for that this time. After 9 long years, I am moving back to the UK this summer

Basically Memorial Day is exactly what the name implies: we remember those who have died in wars, mainly. But, of course, although there is a patriotic flavor to all gatherings, there is also plenty of food, family, and friends!
